We offer lifelong buyback of the diamonds at 90% and Gold at 100%, of the prevailing price.  

Payment Terms:

In stock jewellery:  100% advance at the time of placing the order thru various online payment option available on the site.

Customized jewellery:  50% advance at the time of finalizing the order and 50% before the shipment of product

Cancellation by customer:

Ready to Ship jewellery: Order can be cancelled before shipping & 100% payment will be refunded.

Customized jewellery: Order can be cancelled before shipment with 10% deduction of the total value.

Cancellation by U Creations:

U Creation has the complete right and discretion to cancel any orders for any reasons. And will refund 100% of the advance.
