2. Pricing and Payment
Domestic Orders
Prices on our Website are subject to change without notice. Please expect that you will be charged the price for the jewellery as it is listed on the day of purchase.
For orders being shipped within India, payment only in INR is accepted. Prices are inclusive of CGST/SGST/IGST, as applicable.
3. Shipping Destinations
We deliver across all pin codes within India.
4. Delivery Schedule
Domestic Orders
Off the shelf products will be delivered within 7 working days and Bespoke within 21 working days of placing of order.
5. Shipping Charges
Domestic Order: are included in the price.
6. Order Tracking
All registered customers have the option to track their orders for which we will provide the details of the logistics service provider tracking details.
7. Customer’s Obligations
a) You have to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself while registration on the website.
b) You should maintain and promptly update registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. Company reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point in time. Further, Company also reserves the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders or before making delivery in certain cases. If upon confirmation, your details are found to be false (partially or completely) or if you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, incomplete or not current or if Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, incomplete, not current or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, we have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to our Website and other affiliated websites without any prior intimation whatsoever.
c) You confirm that the address at which delivery of the product(s) ordered by you is to be made is correct and proper in all aspects.
